The Angel is kept in the traditional style of a local pub. Dogs are welcome if kept on a lead. There is a warming log fire during the winter months and a large family garden area for use in better weathers.

Listed in the Good Beer Guide, The Angel was awarded the Pub of the Year for 2004 2005 and 2007 by Medway CAMRA

There is both a Pool table and a Quiz machine as well as large widescreen TV for sport.
There are also facilities for Darts, Cards, Dominoes and Backgammon
